Welcome to Athletico Hoffman Estates: The Club at Prairie Stone, where we treat many conditions, including back and neck pain, muscle strains and sprains, and sports and work-related injuries. Our clinic is located near I90 close to the intersection of Route 59 and Higgins Road. We are inside the Club at Prairie Stone.
