Hi Linn – Our vestibular trained clinicians perform thorough vestibular and oculomotor examinations, which includes positional testing for BPPV. BPPV can effect different semicircle canals and occur in different forms, if the clinician suspects posterior canalithiasis BPPV then yes, the Epley’s maneuver or modified Epley’s maneuver is the ideal treatment to use.
