Athletico employees who refer talent for full-time open roles are eligible to receive a referral bonus of up to $5,000. Eligible positions and referral bonus amounts listed below:

Program Guidelines
- PT, PTA, OT, CM, AT and PEC roles are eligible. Only Full Time roles are eligible for bonus.
- The referral must be submitted before the offer is extended.
- Current employees are not eligible to be submitted as referrals.*
  - Clinical Rotation Students who have completed their last clinical rotation more than 6 months ago are eligible for the EE Referral Bonus, with eligible Referral submission, even if they are currently employed in a non-clinical role.
- Current students or students who participated in a clinical experience within the past 6 months are not eligible to be submitted as referrals.
- Rehires are eligible if they have not been employed with the company in the last 90 days.
- The referral bonus for duplicate submittals will be determined at the discretion of Talent Acquisition and Field Leadership.
- Payout is based on the program active at the time of referral submission
- Payout is 90 days after the new hire starts. The employee and new hire must both be employed at time of payout.
- RDs and above are excluded from participating in the referral program.
