Athletico employees who refer talent for full-time open roles are eligible to receive a referral bonus of up to $5,000. Eligible positions and referral bonus amounts listed below:

- PT, PTA, OT, OTA, and CM roles are eligible. Only Full Time roles are eligible for bonus.
- The referral must be submitted before the offer is extended.
- Bonus is for Hard to Fill requisitions only.
- Current employees are not eligible to be submitted as referrals.
- Current students or students who participated in a clinical experience within the past 6 months are not eligible to be submitted as referrals.
- Any former Athletico employee is not eligible for Referral Bonus.
- The referral bonus for duplicate submittals will be determined at the discretion of Talent Acquisition and Field Leadership.
- Hiring managers, referring to their own Cost Centers, are not eligible for referral bonus.
- Payout is based on the program active at the time of referral submission
- Payout is 90 days after the new hire starts. The employee and new hire must both be employed at time of payout, and new hire clinical license must be active.
- RDs and above are excluded from participating in the referral program.
