Chris Hanfelt

Chris Hanfelt, PT, SCS, ATC, CSCS is Senior Vice President of Workers’ Compensation Operations, overseeing the growth strategy for Athletico’s workers’ compensation brand and new patient access.

During his time with Athletico, Chris has held several leadership roles, most recently as Vice President of Clinical Operations for Iowa, Nebraska, South Dakota, and the Quad Cities and, prior to that, Regional Director for the Des Moines, Iowa market. Chris began his career as a clinician with Accelerated Rehabilitation in 2002 and joined Athletico after the company acquired the Accelerated business in 2014.

Chris received his master’s in physical therapy from the University of Iowa and completed his undergraduate studies at Iowa State University.
