Senior Vice President, Culture and Transformation
In this role, Jason partners closely with executive leadership and operational teams to ensure Athletico’s values are deeply embedded in the employee and patient experience. He is responsible for shaping culture strategy, supporting large-scale transformation efforts, and enabling leaders across the organization to deliver on Athletico’s mission of improving lives through exceptional care.
Jason brings more than 2 decades of leadership experience at Athletico, previously serving in senior roles including Vice President of Athletic Training Services and Vice President of Culture & Engagement. Throughout his tenure, he has led national teams, advanced cross-functional service lines, and helped scale programs that connect clinical excellence with community partnerships.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Sports Medicine from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Master’s degree in Allied Medical Management from The Ohio State University.
