Senior Vice President, Clinical Operations
In this role, Michael partners with executive leadership and operational teams to drive clinical excellence, operational discipline, and scalable performance across the platform. He is responsible for aligning clinical strategy with enterprise goals, strengthening accountability, and supporting leaders in delivering consistent, high-quality patient outcomes.
Michael is an accomplished operations executive with more than two decades of experience leading multi-site organizations in healthcare and consumer services. Prior to joining Athletico, he held senior leadership roles overseeing large, geographically diverse operations, with responsibility for enterprise-wide performance, team development, and operational transformation. Throughout his career, he has been recognized for building high-performing teams, translating strategy into execution, and driving sustainable growth in complex environments.
He holds a Bachelor of Science from Towson University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Baltimore.
