Dave is a very people focused therapist. He runs the work conditioning program with the goal of returning individuals back to work. Dave understands that but also realizes these patients are more than injured workers and have families that they need to support. He makes them feel comfortable with the workers compensation process and gives them the encouragement they need to reach their end goal.
