We’re excited to introduce Athletico’s first-ever student summit: IGNITE!
We welcome 2024 DPT grads looking to kickstart their PT career for an exclusive in-person professional development event. With sessions on NPTE Board Prep, tackling student debt, and insights into the current job market, this event will help you uncover career success in your field.
Details for IGNITE:
- When – Thursday, February 29th (evening) through Saturday, March 2nd (early afternoon)
- Where – Grand Oaks Pavilion at The Hyatt Lodge in Oak Brook, IL
- Athletico will provide meals to all attendees and hotel accommodations for attendees who are traveling from out of town.

IGNITE FAQ Section
I cannot attend both days due to a conflict with my rotation or coursework
We want to know if you have concerns about filling out your application due to rotation or coursework conflicts! Athletico is committed to providing you with a letter asking for flexibility that you can send to your program or clinical site that outlines the educational benefits of attending IGNITE. Please email collegerelations@athletico.com to start the conversation on how we can support your journey to attending IGNITE.
I am concerned about costs associated with travel. What costs should I be aware of and how can Athletico help?
We know that traveling can be costly and we are committed to making IGNITE as accessible as possible for attendees across the country. Athletico will provide meals to all attendees and hotel accommodations for attendees that are traveling from out of town. Athletico will also provide a $1,000 travel reimbursement to IGNITE attendees that accept a full-time position with Athletico in 2024.
Can I attend just the Saturday portion?
Athletico recommends attending the entirety of the event to get the full NPTE board prep experience and the most value out of IGNITE. However, we still welcome you to apply and select that you are only available on Saturday. Please email collegerelations@athletico.com with any questions!
