Mark Kaufman is the Founder and Executive Chairman of Athletico Physical Therapy. The Athletico story starts with a single Chicago clinic opening in 1991 and continued with Mark’s vision to help as many people as possible.

Mr. Hensley is also the owner of two real estate and rental property development companies.

Michelle Millstone-Shroff

Michelle (“Meka”) Millstone-Shroff serves as a strategic operating advisor and board member to a variety of companies. Ms. Millstone-Shroff was President and Chief Operating Officer of Buy Buy Baby, Inc. from 2007 to 2018, where she led the growth of the company to become North America’s leading omni-channel retailer of items for infants and toddlers.

Scott Serota is a healthcare expert and retired executive with more than four decades of leadership experience. Most recently, Mr. Serota served for two decades as President and CEO of the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association (BCBSA), the largest health insurance provider in the U.S.

Sandy Thompson is a Partner at BDT & Company. Mr. Thompson is the Head of Coverage for the healthcare industry sector at the firm, and also serves on the Investment Committee for BDT Capital Partners.

Lee Keller Stanley is a Principal at BDT & Company, where she is responsible for transaction analysis and execution of both investments and advisory assignments. Prior to joining BDT, Ms. Keller Stanley worked in the Consumer & Retail Investment Banking Division at J.P. Morgan in Chicago where she focused on mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions.
