Chief Executive Officer
Dan has extensive experience in healthcare operations with a focus on developing high-performing teams and fostering strong, vibrant cultures. Before joining Athletico, he served as CEO, and previously as COO, of Enlivant, one of the largest assisted living companies in the U.S. Prior to that, Dan held various operating and financial leadership roles at Fortress, Performant, and Thomas Weisel Partners. Additionally, he has served on several boards, including the American Senior Housing Association and Argentum, where he was a member of the Finance and Audit Committee.
Dan holds a B.A. from Davidson College and an MBA from Harvard Business School, and he was a Fulbright Scholar.
