Megan Mistarz

Megan Mistarz serves as the Senior Vice President of Payor Relations at Athletico Physical Therapy. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing network contracting, pricing, and client services, in addition to managing companywide clinician credentialing. While optimizing value in these areas, Megan also maintains relationships with all third-party payors, directs strategy across business segments, and provides insights on payor performance.

Before joining Athletico, Megan held several roles at Walgreens Boots Alliance. She handled PBM and health plan agreements, developed Medicare payor segment strategies, and most recently served as Divisional Vice President of Payor and Provider Solutions, where she managed end-to-end client and analytical support for third-party contracting and sales functions.

With extensive experience in payor relations, Megan is dedicated to structuring and developing teams. She holds a JD from John Marshall Law School, an MBA from Dominican University, and a BA from DePauw University.
