Tim Winstead

Tim Winstead is Senior Vice President of Business Operations and Patient Experience at Athletico Physical Therapy, where he leads real estate, procurement, internal communications, and patient experience initiatives across the organization’s more than 900 clinic locations.

Tim brings extensive experience in operational leadership and business transformation across diverse industries including healthcare, hospitality, and aerospace/defense. Before joining Athletico, Tim served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Operations at Enlivant, where he oversaw strategic initiatives, revenue management, facilities and capital planning, procurement, and dining operations. He spent eight years at The Walt Disney Company as Senior Manager of Industrial Engineering, where he led teams focused on operational excellence and guest experience optimization. Tim began his career at Lockheed Martin, where he held various production operations and supply chain leadership roles over seven years.

Tim holds a Master of Science in Global Supply Chain Management and an MBA from Indiana University, as well as a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina State University.
