My goal was to return to what I loved doing; cycling at least 30 miles a week. I reached that goal. I have now returned to riding my recumbent Catrike with the help of Athletico in Oregon, IL. I hadn’t been cross training and got into trouble with my psoas muscle which was very painful and hard to get at. With the great list of exercises and steady encouragement, I am back on my Catrike and now know how to handle my pain when it occurs.
