BJC HealthCare has entered into a clinical agreement with Athletico Physical Therapy, a leader in outpatient rehabilitation services, to provide additional access to physical and occupational therapy for their patients, employees and dependents. This affiliation adds over 40 Athletico locations to BJC’s existing facilities in the greater St. Louis area, including Metro East in southern Illinois. Athletico Physical Therapy and BJC HealthCare have a shared interest of providing access, affordability, and excellent clinical care to the communities they serve. This affiliation will allow physicians and therapists to share clinical protocols, progress notes, and patient outcomes to support continued enhancements in quality of care.
Teamsters 727 has entered into a partnership with Athletico Physical Therapy, a leader in outpatient rehabilitation services, to provide access to physical therapy for lower back pain for their health plan members. This agreement ensures that Teamsters 727 Health Plan members will incur no out-of-pocket expenses (co-insurance or deductibles) when receiving therapy at an Athletico clinic.
