Oak Brook, IL— Athletico Physical Therapy recently entered into an agreement with Align Networks, to widen the breadth of the patient population that can be treated by the Physical and Occupational Therapy provider. The agreement with Align Networks extends across all 340 plus Athletico clinics throughout nine states, including, Arizona, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Missouri, Ohio, South Dakota, and Wisconsin.

For case management professionals and physicians throughout the United States, this agreement enhances the ability to send patient referrals to all Athletico facilities. Athletico’s orthopedic rehabilitation services include physical therapy, occupational/hand therapy, work comp, functional capacity evaluations (FCEs), work conditioning, post-offer testing, ergonomics, job analysis, head injury and concussion management, and other specialty services and techniques.

“To be able to include Align Networks as a new offering to our customers is a step forward for Athletico as we strive to better serve our patients and get injured workers back on the job,” states Adam Low, Vice President of Operations for Athletico. “By increasing accessibility to a large network of payors and patients, we now provide a quality choice in Athletico, when it comes to orthopedic rehabilitation specialized for injured workers.”

By adding Align Networks to their portfolio, Athletico is now part of one of the largest networks of workers’ compensation professionals focused on orthopedic rehabilitation of injured workers. This gives case managers, as well as physicians more flexibility when referring to Athletico Physical Therapy.
