About 20% of the world will have chronic pain at some point in their lifetime. Those of you who are currently experiencing pain may feel frustrated, anxious, and alone. Due to pain, you may also be drifting away from the activities that you once enjoyed. Today, we will review some daily exercises that may help you feel better with your pain and help you connect with your most active and pain-free self.
