Digital Logo Authorization Request
LIMITED INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY CONSENT
I have requested to use one or more logos, trademarks, trade names, and/or other copyrights (collectively “Intellectual Property”) owned and held by Athletico, Ltd., Athletico Management, LLC, Accelerated Health Systems, LLC, Accelerated Rehabilitation Centers, Ltd., PT Network, LLC or one of their respective subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively “Athletico”), in connection with developing a private landing page for Athletico for use by its employees for registration purposes (the “Purpose”).
In furtherance of the foregoing, Athletico hereby grants to you a limited, non-exclusive right to use its Intellectual Property solely in connection with the Purpose and for no other purpose. Nothing in this consent is intended to grant you the right to develop, distribute, market, sell or otherwise exploit the Intellectual Property, or any site or other product containing the Intellectual Property, in any manner, other than in connection with the Purpose. Nothing in this consent shall constitute or be construed to create an employment arrangement between you and Athletico.
