Leython Williams is a licensed physical therapist and Regional Director. He is a dynamic leader that values culture building, clear communication, and community engagement in leading his team to improve patient outcomes, enhance employee engagement, and maximize financial performance.
Tom is an HR Executive with experience setting up and running ID&E functions at large consulting companies. He currently serves as the VP of Organizational Effectiveness, which includes not only ID&E but also Learning, Leadership Development, Engagement, Recognition, Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, and until most recently, M&A.
Britney Cruse is a PTA of 5 years who uses her athletic, therapist, and life experiences to guide patient-centered care. She understands that genuine connection transcends to recovery by using her magnetic presence and positive attitude towards the betterment of all.
Destinee is in her third year with Athletico, where she has been able to serve as the head athletic trainer for East St. Louis Senior High School. Originally from North Carolina, she completed her undergraduate studies at UNC Chapel Hill and her graduate education at Temple University in Philadelphia.
Jordan serves as Clinic Manager at Aurora South after previously managing Woodridge and South Chicago. Jordan became a PT in part due to his father, who has been a paraplegic for many years.
Gran is the clinic manager of the Foster & Pulaski clinic in Chicago, and this will be his 19th year with Athletico. He is a first-generation Thai-American, husband, proud father of two, and alumni of the Fighting Illini. He enjoys all sports but is addicted to golf.
Melody has been a part of the Athletico team since 2018, now serving as a Regional Director in the Chicago city area. She is a licensed PT in multiple states and maintains active involvement in patient care while supporting her regional and area team.
