Narrative around Core Value:

Jessica has been the office coordinator of the Ogilvie Station Athletico since January 2017. When we were at our busiest she was always on her “A” game keeping everything organized for a 4 FTE clinic. She always knew all the patients and their PT status. Now that the pandemic has significantly reduced our clinic volume, she has continued to exemplify being part of not just the Ogilvie team, but part of the Athletico team. She has been bouncing around to multiple clinics in the region, forwarding other clinics phones to her personal phone, and managing additional clinics e-mails. She has been juggling all this while also happily encouraging other OCs and managers to reach out with questions, concerns or requests. She is a great team player and leader!
