Lee Keller Stanley

Lee Keller Stanley is a Principal at BDT & Company, where she is responsible for transaction analysis and execution of both investments and advisory assignments. Prior to joining BDT, Ms. Keller Stanley worked in the Consumer & Retail Investment Banking Division at J.P. Morgan in Chicago where she focused on mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions.

Ms. Keller Stanley serves as a board observer for Tory Burch and previously served on the associate board for Minds Matter, a non-profit organization that helps low-income, high-achieving high school students attend college.

Ms. Keller Stanley graduated summa cum laude and Beta Gamma Sigma from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business with majors in accounting and finance.
