With week 1 of the NFL season in the books, many Fantasy Football players are analyzing and adjusting their rosters in hopes of a better performance in Week 2. One of the areas that should be examined is player injuries, as notable injuries can have a significant impact on a team’s performance. To help Fantasy Football players in their decision-making process, we are highlighting tips from Athletico’s Athletic Trainer Jacob Dailey each week. Stretch of the Week: Sole of the Foot Stretch

For the second week of September we will be performing the Sole of the Foot Stretch with a chair. This exercise will stretch all the muscles on the bottom of the foot. Plus, this is a bonus stretch because it gets into the calf muscles as well! You will need a steady folding chair and a bit of wall space for this stretch. (more…)
