I have known Maryellen for almost 20 years now, she was the first PT we hired when we opened the clinic. Over the past 2 years she has limited her hours to weekends and vacation/sick coverage and of course during the pandemic she has not been working. Despite that Maryellen continues to use her PT expertise to help heal the world. She has volunteered her time to provide virtual PT evaluations to a ministry organization called Thrive Ministry. These will occur the week of 2/22 and she will be providing her medical expertise to female missionaries all over the world. As I said I’ve known Maryellen for almost 2 decades and she is one of the most genuine, caring, persons I know and she is so involved in her community and church. I just wanted to highlight her contribution and share her story, she is such a bright light.
