The U-17 Men’s National Team (MNT) came together for a training camp this summer in Atlanta, GA. This is the first time the team assembled since the conclusion of the U.S. Soccer residency program at IMG in May.

For the third week of our dynamic stretching month, we will be performing the Lunge to Half Splits Stretch. This will stretch the hamstrings as well as the quadriceps muscles.

The NFL’s season officially starts on Thursday, September 7th, which means that many fans are already assembling their Fantasy Football teams.
To help you reign supreme in your league this year, we will be highlighting tips from Athletico’s Brandon Bowers, PT, DPT, throughout the season via the Athletico Fantasy Football Injury Report. This report will shed light on some of the league’s notable injuries and provide guidance on which players should be avoided and which players may be good to pick-up.

The Weekly Stretches for August will focus on dynamic stretching. Typically we are doing static stretching, which is the optimal way to increase flexibility in our muscles. However, dynamic stretching shouldn't be overlooked!
