“I am an active 76-year-old woman who isn’t used to being sidelined. After a biking accident in 2015 I had shoulder surgery in October and did my rehab at Athletico. Thanks to my therapist Kelly I made a full recovery and was able to compete in the Ironman World Championship the following year. So, when I broke my leg, the choice of where to go for PT was easy. I was assigned Bella at the Lake Bluff facility, and for the next seven months Bella worked with me. Bella had a thorough grasp of my needs, both mental and physical, and through her determination, encouragement and practical knowledge I was able to reach my goals.
