Welcome to Athletico West Loop: United Center, where we treat many conditions, including back and neck pain, muscle strains and sprains, and sports and work-related injuries. Our clinic is located steps from Chicago’s United Center at 1723 W. Madison St. Athletico is a proud partner to the Chicago Bulls.
