For the second week of November, we will be performing a Sumo Squat Stretch. This stretch is also referred to as a Goddess Squat in the yoga world. You will feel this stretch in your groin and inner thigh muscles. It's also a strengthening position for your Glutes and Quad muscles!

Welcome back for another month of weekly stretches! This month we are stretching our inner thighs, and the first week we will be performing the Side Angle Stretch. You will feel the stretch from your groin muscles to your inner knee muscles, as well as in the side of your body from your hip to your armpit.

As all NBA fans know, the first major injury of the 2017-2018 season occurred to star guard of the Boston Celtics, Gordon Hayward. Gordon suffered an ankle fracture 5 minutes and 15 seconds into the start of the season.
