Athletico Physical Therapy makes it a priority to give back to the communities we serve through charitable donations and volunteerism. In 2016, Athletico supported hundreds of events at the local level by providing pre- and post-race stretching, massage therapy, educational lectures, athletic training services, injury screenings and more. Should You be Wearing Compression Socks?

For decades, graduated compression socks have been used as a medical tool to combat deep vein thrombosis (DVTs). The socks have been found effective in reducing pain and swelling for bed-ridden and inactive patients which may support the prevention of the formation of blood clots.
